How I know my booking is confirmed ?

Your reservation becomes final upon confirmation from one of our agent and registration of your payment.

More than 30 days before departure: deposit representing 25% of the price of the stay

30 days before departure: 100% of the price of the stay

Once you have validated your payment by credit card, you will receive a confirmation of payment and a confirmation of your stay at the e-mail address that you indicated during your booking, and one of our specialists will contact you.

How to modify or cancel my stay ?

La date de réception de la demande détermine la date d’annulation.

Is there any charges for modification or cancelation ?

For any cancellation we retain you: the expenses of files (30 euros for a reservation web or by telephone):

  • From the reservation date to 61 days: the deposit is not refunded to the tenant
  • From 60 to 31 days: 75% of the stay will be charged to the tenant
  • From 30 days to the date of arrival or in case of no show at the beginning of the stay: 100% of the stay will be charged to the tenant

Any stay interrupted or abridged for any reasons can not give right to any refund.

Do I get to contact someone prior to my arrival ?

It is imperative to contact the concierge in charge of welcoming you in each destinations at least 5 days before your departure. He will get to know you and send you the welcome letter with all the information regarding your arrival and your stay.

What documents do I have to show upon arrival ?

The holiday documents must be presented in paper form or with a smartphone to the concierge on the day of arrival.

Arrival & Departure timing

For reservations from Saturday to Saturday arrival is from 5:00pm until 08:00pm.

You must leave the property the next the following Saturday before 10:00am, schedule to be agreed with the concierge on site.

For any late arrival, you must contact the concierge directly to tell them and know the procedure of handing over the keys.
